HOST
Sports Video Group Europe
Alessandro joined Sky Deutschland in 2008 and took overall responsibility for sports production in 2015. He has been one of the main driving forces behind the development of new technologies and innovations in the field of sports production. Amongst other achievements, he was responsible for the first VR live test, which was successfully implemented at the DFB Cup final in 2016 and recently in the first multi camera E2E 5G Broadcast and 5G slicing testing. From the idea to its completion in July 2017, he led the construction of the new Sky Sport HQ broadcasting center in Unterföhring near Munich, which sets new standards in studio technology and efficient and effective production processes.
In addition to his role at Sky Deutschland, he also acts as Chairman of the Sports Video Group Europe (SVG Europe) since May 2019.
Tamir is the CEO and Founder of Griiip, a Motorsport company that focuses on making the sport more accessible and affordable, using new technologies and solutions yet to be implemented in the industry. Griiip started by addressing the needs of the driver, and developed the G1 race car that combines extreme performance with affordability. Griiip true success is in uncovering the larger opportunity for smart-connected race cars and a comprehensive data solution for the racing and automotive industries.
Keith has worked in production for over 30 years in Asia, Europe and Africa. His experience has been spread over radio, event management, live-band sound, international conferencing, broadcast, streaming, video on demand services, live event-to-screen of remote and traditional multi-camera productions.
He also has a background in education which is why he says of himself "I tend to pedantically solve a problem and then write notes."
