Service Includes

  • Online support (Up to 3 hours of live event) every additional hour would cost and additional $400
  • A dedicated engineer available by phone from the week leading to your planned live until the end of the event.
  • A telephone conversation a week prior to the live event to discuss every aspect of the live.
  • A review of the live-equipment which was booked.
  • The Engineer will carry-out analysis of the potential challenges and offer solutions.
  • Two days prior to the event the engineer will test the unit, SIM cards and conduct a modem connectivity check as well as a transmission test to you server from the unit you will use.
  • Throughout the event the engineer will monitor the unit and server performance.

  • Requests based on availability
  • Advanced payment for the service is required

On-Site Package

Cost: $2000
Plus travel and accommodation expenses
