Service Includes
- One day onsite support (Up to 12 hours of live event) every additional day will cost $1200
- A dedicated engineer available by phone from the week leading to your planned live until the end of the event.
- A telephone conversation a week prior to the live event to discuss every aspect of the live
- A review of the live-equipment which was booked
- The Engineer will carry-out analysis of the potential challenges and offer solutions
- Two days prior to the event the engineer will test the unit, SIM cards and conduct a modem connectivity check as well as a transmission test to you server from the unit you will use
- Throughout the event the engineer will monitor the unit and server performance

- Must submit the service request at least 7 business days prior to the event
- Requests based on availability
- Advanced payment for the service is required
